Meet the Providers

Hi, I’m Sarah Rosney, LCSW-R, ICLS

Specialties: EMDR, Trauma, Maternal Health

Licensed in New York, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for working with adults and parents specifically regarding attachment-based trauma. I specialize in relational Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and have a special interest in working with birth trauma, loss, and parenting triggers.

Counseling is a dynamic process that transforms lives and relationships. I see clients as the experts on themselves, and I partner with them on their journey of growth.  I have over 15 years of clinical experience and specialize in trauma, anxiety, maternal health, attachment, and traumatic loss and bereavement.

I have a kind and direct approach to helping people and regularly encourage and partner with clients to set goals for treatment. I am a certified EMDR therapist and a consultant, in addition to a trainer and part of the faculty at Deany Laliotis’s The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy.

When I’m not working, I love the great outdoors and enjoy traveling and exploring nature with my husband and three children. I’m also a coffee snob, avid runner, lover of historical fiction, and believer that life is too short for mediocre chocolate.

Amanda Love LCSW

Hi, I’m Amanda Love, LCSW

Specialties: Maternal & Paternal Health, Anxiety, RELATIONSHIP ISSUES & PHOBIAS

Licensed in New York and MASSACHUSETTS

I am a licensed clinical social worker and enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and individuals. Coming from a strengths-based perspective, I utilize a variety of methods to create a unique approach that fits each individual’s needs and presenting problems. I have expertise in the areas of anxiety, relationship issues, dual diagnosis, trauma, and grief and loss.

I pull from strength-based theories, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy to create a unique approach for our work together. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for anxiety, phobias, and OCD. I also hold a certification in maternal mental health training through Postpartum Support International to better assist clients with birth trauma, women’s health issues, and postpartum depression and anxiety.

When I’m not working, I love supporting local small business and taking my husband and daughter out for local cuisine. I thrive on quality coffee and love traveling and exploring the country!

Elisa Duger LMFT Headshot

Hi, I’m Elisa Duger, LMFT

Specialties: EMDR, Trauma, Couples

Licensed in New York and New Jersey

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who enjoys working with couples and specialize in marriage and pre-marital counseling. Seeing couples renewed and thriving is one of my greatest passions as a clinician.

In my work with couples, I specialize in areas of intimacy, argument styles, managing expectations, and moving toward connecting conversation. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-informed therapy, I assist couples in understanding how their own past experiences impact how they interact with their partners and within their family systems. I use a system-based approach that integrates EMDR with a strengths perspective that helps couples address presenting concerns, including infidelity, co-parenting, and blame and shame cycles.

When I’m not working, I love evenings at home with my husband and two kids spending time around a cozy fire enjoying salty snacks. I love learning about the enneagram and how it can be used to better understand how we show up in relationship with our partners.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with individuals of all ages, particularly adolescents and young adults. The goal of forming a strong, trusting relationship drives my therapeutic process. My style is client-centered and empathetic. I utilize a variety of methods including EMDR psychotherapy along with strengths-based, empowerment, and trauma-informed approaches with a focus on the whole person.

I have experience in the areas of anxiety, stress management, family systems, and trauma. Though I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy, I also utilize psychoeducation and mindfulness activities as well as Play Therapy. I enjoy challenging those unhealthy thought patterns while helping individuals learn new ways to communicate and interact with the world around them.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my husband and three children, and exploring nature through camping, hiking and kayaking. I have a wicked sweet tooth and spend too much time daydreaming about new places I would like to visit someday.
